Brad is President of Drivers Legal Plan and Interstate Trucker. An attorney and licensed architect, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law and earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma. He spent nearly a decade at Oklahoma’s largest law firm, gaining extensive experience in transactional law, business defense litigation, and intellectual property. Brad is often asked for contributions to trucking publications and to speak at events in the transportation industry. He also serves as General Counsel to the Oklahoma Board of Architects and is on the boards of the Arkansas Trucking Association, Oklahoma Trucking Association, Truckload Carriers Association, and the Oklahoma City University Law School.

Keaton Klepper serves as General Counsel for Drivers Legal Plan and its affiliated brands. Carrying on a proud family legacy, Keaton is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation and client-focused service to our professional drivers across the US.

Bringing a fresh perspective while upholding the firm’s long-standing tradition of excellence, Keaton is an actively practicing attorney who has successfully represented CDL drivers in proceedings across multiple states. His professional experience also includes work as an Associate Attorney in civil defense, as well as managing a high-volume docket, establishing and enforcing child support orders as an attorney for the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

Keaton earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and holds a B.S. in Political Science from Oklahoma State University. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, Illinois, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, and Oklahoma.
