Arkansas CDL Information

To obtain a CDL or commercial learner’s permit (CLP) in Arkansas, drivers must be at least 18 years of age, must have a current Arkansas driver’s license, and must pass required knowledge and skills tests according to the type of vehicle they will be driving.
